If you are not yet a member, please register yourself. After confirming your email, you will be able to login with your email and choosen password. To add a course to your account you need to apply for the course first.

After you are logged in you will see all your current courses. If you have not been assigned to a course yet, you need to register for the course. Go to “+ Add a Course” and choose one and click the “Yes, sign me up!” button on the right. Our staff will receive your application and send you the necessary information for payment.

If you registered for a course, our staff will send you the informations for payment. Once we received your payment, please make sure to use your registration number for the bank transfer, we will unlock your course for you. You can always check the current status for your application under “Registrations”

After our staff unlocked a course for you, you will receive an approved email. In this email you find 2 Discord invitation links. One link is for the course group text channel the other for the group video channel. Those links can only be used once! So, please use carefully.

You will now also find the course in your course section.

Each course is different and depending on the type, you will see different sections in the sidebar. Most common are course files, videos, uploads, and Live Stream.

On the course page, if the mentor enabled the file upload, you can click on upload. After that, you will be forwarded to our Dropbox upload page. From here you can upload files and folders. Make sure you upload files to the correct course and always add your name in the filename. The mentor will unlock all uploads for all students.

Please be aware that each course is only available for the course period with an extra extension time.

For our course group chat we use the service called Discord. You can register for Discord here https://discord.com/ Discord is an application and can be downloaded for Windows/Mac or used in the browser. There are also mobile apps available. Each course has its own text and video channel. You need an invitation link to join the channels. This link is provided in the course approval link. Be careful, those links can only be used once. If your link is expired, please contact our stuff or your mentor.  Here is an easy tutorial introduction video for Discord

IKG is a place of exchange, so normally your profile is visible to all your course colleagues. If you feel the need to hide it, you can go to your profile and hide it > Profile > Personal Data > First Field
